Alternative Korea is an English planning directory. You can browse the public site without creating an account or sending medical information. This policy explains the limited data that may be processed when you visit, contact us or use a measured commercial link.
Information processed when you visit
Our hosting and security providers may process technical connection information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device details, requested URL, timestamps, referrer and security events. Alternative Korea does not ask for a diagnosis, medical record, passport number, payment-card number or resident-registration number on this website.
Email contact
If you email us, we receive the sender address and the information you choose to include so that we can answer the request. Do not send medical records, photographs, diagnoses, prescriptions, identity documents or payment information. Email is not an emergency or appointment-confirmation channel.
Analytics and outbound-link measurement
Alternative Korea may use aggregate analytics to understand page visits and fixed categories of outbound clicks, such as an official hotel page, an approved accommodation partner or a Clinics Korea handoff. We do not intentionally send free-text medical questions, names, email addresses or other direct identifiers as analytics event properties.
Google advertising cookies
Google AdSense is not active unless a valid publisher account and the required consent setup have been configured. If advertising is activated, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar technologies to deliver, measure and protect ads. Google may use advertising cookies to show ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this or other sites, subject to the visitor's choices and applicable law.

Alternative Korea does not use health or medical information to build personalized advertising audiences.
Accommodation and other affiliate links
A clearly labelled sponsored or affiliate link may allow the approved partner to record that a visit originated here and, if its conditions are met, pay Alternative Korea a commission. The partner controls its own cookies, booking process, prices, inventory, cancellation terms and privacy practices. An official direct-booking route remains visible where practical.
